Goodbye, Bay12

Well... I'm gone. I have been banned from Bay12 for trolling. I think one of my jokes was misinterpreted, so now I'm gone from there forever. I can't even view it anymore, so I can't read the news people post, the latest dwarven innovation, or anything. God damn it...

Can you guys tell DF Fortress Discussion that I'm gone? Damn it... I feel like my bones are going to shatter...

With all the crap that's happening with internet censorship, Toady's probably just trying to keep the forums from getting shut down come doomsday.

With the extremely liberal population of Bay12, that's kind of a moot point, though.

How can you be banned from viewing it? No, wait, wrong question. I know it's possible, physically, but, er why, no matter the offense, would someone be banned from just reading a forum? A tad extreme, if you ask me.

Also if it's an IP ban, you can probably just use a proxy. Not to post, but to view at least.

Yeah, I'm really downed about the ban. A total ban from even viewing doesn't let me see how everyone's doing

Go to something like "nobodycanstop.us", punch in the usual forum address, browse. Easy as 3.14159265358 .

Hm? That's weird, I specifically just tried it out because the one I usually use (VTunnel.com) seemed to be slow for some reason. Also, either Firefox or Kaspersky block all ads for me, so I don't see them even if they exist. Anyway, just google "online proxy", you should get a listing of quite a few sites you can use.
